Shipping:

Our products will be shipped within 2 business days of your order. Our products are shipped from our location in California and delivery will be between 2-5 business days after shipment (US Domestic orders).

Returns:

*Pierced Earrings are not eligible for refund because of hygiene concerns.

Returns will be accepted for all Non-pierced earrings within 14 days of your order. Refunds will be processed after receiving your return and verifying that the product is still new, unopened, and undamaged. *Shipping costs are not refunded.
